  • 2007/2008: Team Lead for Web technology expansion project; Requirements gathering via surveys and extensive internal customer contact to establish functional requirements for a new CMS, as well as new applications and Web 2.0 technologies.
  • 2007: User Interface and Design Lead for a complete restructuring of the company intranet, which included incorporating RSS, blogs, forums, Wikis, and SharePoint. Provided wire frames for multiple application flow and site integration.
  • 2005/2006: UI Lead for complete reorganization and redesign of the corporate Web site and 68 associated sites to meet revised corporate branding requirements, government requirements for the Americans with Disabilities Act (section 508), RAND Web standards, and user interface best practices.
  • 2003/2004: Partnered with internal clients, IT, and external vendors for the development of new Web applications. UI Project Lead for the RAND e-commerce bookstore and internal staff directory (Enterprise Person).
